Shipping policy

We ship Australia-wide. Orders are dispatched from Australia within 1–2 business days.

Shipping rates

Free standard shipping on orders over $140.

Below $140, shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Delivery times

Once your order leaves us, delivery time depends on where you are — metro addresses arrive faster than regional and remote ones, and express is quicker than standard on every route.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Once we hand your parcel to the carrier, timing is in their hands. We can't control carrier delays, weather, or peak-period backlogs.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email when you place your order, and a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email us at hello@flatsticksupply.com.au and we'll chase it up.

Delivery addresses

Double-check your address before you pay. We can't redirect a parcel once it's with the carrier. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody was there to receive it, we'll get in touch to arrange redelivery — return postage may apply.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking stalls and the parcel doesn't turn up, contact us at hello@flatsticksupply.com.au. We'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.

International orders

We only ship within Australia at this stage.
