Terms of service
These Terms of Service govern your use of flatsticksupply.com.au and any purchase you make from it. The store is operated by Flat Stick Supply Pty Ltd (ACN 697 404 756, ABN 40 697 404 756) — "Flat Stick", "we", "us", "our".
By browsing or buying from this store, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

1. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you're under 18, you may only use the store with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree that the details you give us are accurate and current, and that you're buying for personal or household use — not for resale or export.
2. Your account
You don't need an account to order. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
3. Products
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours and finish may look different on your screen depending on your device and settings, and there may be minor variation between production runs — that's normal in apparel manufacturing.
We may change or discontinue products at any time, and may limit quantities per customer, order or region.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we send you a confirmation email and take payment. If we can't accept your order — stock has run out, a price was wrong, or we suspect fraud — we'll contact you and refund you in full.
Check your order carefully before submitting. We dispatch quickly, so we may not be able to change or cancel an order once it's placed. See our Refund Policy for what happens then.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
Prices can change without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Promotions may have their own terms, which prevail over these Terms where they conflict.
You confirm you're authorised to use the payment method you provide.
6. Shipping and risk
We ship within Australia only. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us — we'll work with the carrier to resolve it, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are unaffected. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
7. Returns
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Our liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to clause 8, our total liability to you for any claim connected with a product or your use of this store is limited — at our option — to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding what you paid for them.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost opportunity, to the extent the law allows us to exclude it.
10. Product use
Our products are workwear and casual apparel. They are not personal protective equipment and are not certified as flame-resistant, high-visibility, cut-resistant or otherwise protective. Don't rely on them for safety on site where certified PPE is required.
11. Intellectual property
The Flat Stick name, logo, product names, designs, photography, copy and site design are owned by or licensed to Flat Stick Supply Pty Ltd and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
You may view and use the store for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape or use our content or branding commercially without our written permission.
12. Your content
If you send us reviews, photos, suggestions or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business, including in marketing. You confirm the content is yours to give and doesn't infringe anyone's rights or contain anything unlawful, offensive or misleading.
We may remove content at our discretion. We're not obliged to keep it confidential or pay for it.
13. Acceptable use
Don't use this store to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, harass anyone, transmit malware, scrape or crawl our data, interfere with security features, or impersonate anyone. We may suspend or terminate access if you do.
14. Third-party links and services
Our store is hosted by Shopify and uses third-party services for payments, delivery, analytics and advertising. It may link to sites we don't control. We're not responsible for the content, products or practices of third parties — review their terms and privacy policies yourself.
15. Errors
Occasionally information on the store may contain errors or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability or delivery times. We may correct them and may cancel affected orders, including after you've ordered. If we cancel, we'll refund you in full.
16. Privacy
Personal information we collect is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with its last-updated date. Changes apply to orders placed after they're posted.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and Flat Stick Supply Pty Ltd submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.
19. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, it's severed and the rest continues to apply. Our failure to enforce a right isn't a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours. These Terms, together with our Privacy, Shipping and Refund Policies, are the entire agreement between us.
